My experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The service was subpar, with unresponsive staff when I reported the broken A/C in my room. Additionally, the restaurant reservations were a nightmare as we could never book the a la carte options due to them being fully booked, leading us to endure mediocre meals instead.

Fun family getaway!
We had such a blast with the kids! The aqua park was a highlight, and having so many pools to choose from was awesome. The staff were super friendly, and it felt like they genuinely cared about our experience. The food was decent, but the coffee could use some improvement. Enjoyed dining outdoors too!

We had an amazing family stay! The food was excellent with a great variety in the buffet and a fantastic Asian restaurant that really surprised us. The water park kept our kids entertained for hours, a true highlight! However, the beach was quite small and often packed with reserved sunbeds, which was annoying. Overall, I'd definitely choose this place again!
